Maria’s Fund

In 2021 Maria, of Inlet, NY, was granted a Wish through Make-A-Wish Northeastern New York. Instead of using her wish for herself, Maria decided to do something a little different, she decided to donate her wish back to her local NENY community.

In doing so, Maria’s wish started a $10,000 fund with our organization. Today, the fund is still withstanding and is available to anyone in EFNENY’s 22 counties of service who is struggling with obtaining vital epilepsy medication due to financial burdens.
