Development Coordinator / Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to support our fundraising events and administrative operations. This is a new full-time position as we grow our organization and events.   • Support planning and execution of our exciting major fundraising events (Confections in Chocolate Gala for Hope, Walk for Epilepsy, Epilepsy Golf Tournament)
  • Coordinate event details including vendors, timelines, check-in, auctions, and raffle
  • Manage event registration, guest lists, and on-site support
  • Maintain and update donor records in CRM (Raiser’s Edge NXT)
  • Track donations, sponsorships, and fundraising progress
  • Assist with donor communications including donation request letters, thank you letters, mailings, and email campaigns
  • Request, follow-up and secure donations for auctions and raffles
  • Provide general administrative support to a collaborative team including scheduling committee meetings, taking minutes at meetings, answering phones, greeting visitors and coordinating mailings for our various programs
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–3 years of experience in administration including database management
  • Experience with CRM systems (Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva and Google Docs helpful
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Team player with a positive, collaborative attitude
  • Event planning or non-profit fundraising experience strongly preferred
  • Occasional evenings/weekends required for events
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • $40,000 – $45,000
