The Epilepsy Foundation of Northeastern New York hosted the 37th Annual Confections in Chocolate Gala for Hope on Saturday, March 29th, 2025, at Birch Hill, Castleton-On-Hudson.  

Guests enjoyed an evening of cocktails, fine dining, dancing to the music of Soul Session, silent and live auctions, and decadent chocolate desserts-the highlight of the evening!  

One especially sweet feature of this annual event is in the title, chocolate!  Bakeries and restaurants from across the Capital Region and beyond came together to make this event special, and extra sweet!  The much-anticipated chocolate hour portion of the evening featured over 20 unique chocolate desserts totaling over 1,000 servings donated by 15 local, talented pastry chefs and bakeries around the Capital Region. 

Our 2025 dessert donors include 2Shea Catering, Alexis Diner, Augie’s Restaurant, Bella Napoli, Duck Donuts- Latham, Hannaford Supermarket- Latham, Leah’s Cakery, Meezan Kitchen, Nicole’s Catering, Nothing Bundt Cakes- Colonie, Scratch Kitchen, Simone’s Kitchen & The Cupcake Cure Bakery.
